Can I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel orders where items have been ordered and cut to your specification. However, if the order has not yet been prepared for dispatch we may be able to cancel your order – please Contact Us for further assistance.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All non-fabric/appliques may be returned for refund if in perfect re-saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or exchange items that have been ordered and cut to your specification.

Do we provide samples?

Yes, we supply samples for most products. Depending on the product, the sample may have a minimal charge. A sample will give the true representation of colour, texture, pattern of the fabric and will vary in size.
Unfortunately for our more expensive fabrics and laces we are unable to provide samples, but if you would like to book an appointment to come see our full range in person – please contact us.
For all sample enquiries, please fill in the form per the ‘Contact Us’ page, with the product code of the item for which the sample is required.
Please note there is a maximum of 5 samples per customer.

How do I order?

1. Browse our collection of products within the Store
2. For items you wish to purchase, choose the length (metres) & quantity (how many of each length) required
3.Review the items in the basket, making the necessary changes
4. Please fill in the form with your details.
6. Select Checkout and watch out for your parcel!
